Anonymous, 08 Apr 2022But why typing?You don't have to type the whole name of the app you're looking for. Just 1 to 3 letter will do. Ask yourself, if you have a lot of apps, literally like a lot. Do you want to scroll down or open each category group or just using search bar? My choice will be using search bar.

Anonymous, 07 Apr 2022I frankly just wish apps library would have two selectable ... moreDude, you can search the app you're looking for in the library (just pulled down into alphabetical order and you can see on top there is a search bar) instead scrolling it or open each group. Just typed few letters of the app you're looking for. I always do that. Very fast and less hustle.

I really really don't like the new "categories" which are absolutely nonsensical and don't make use faster, it just makes me waste more time looking through categories where is the app that I want because often times they are not where you expect them to be i the category and they also shift places which is super annoying. So I end up swiping all the way to the right to get to app library and then gesture down to get alphabetical list of apps and then I navigate to app instantly because I know where it should be by name. I wish I could just get the alphabetical ordered app list straight away without having to switch to it from the categories.
I hate Android's grid ordering of apps just the same. It's super not helpful and I always prefer app lists over grids. It's just faster and better even if list is seemingly longer and requires more scrolling.
Other than that I don't have any particular expectations or wishes.

Will be hoping for a ui refresh of some sort this year, it’s been 8 years since the last major one. I don’t think simply adding new features some of the core applications is going to cut it this year, Android 12 was a big update, it’s Apples turn now.
