I wish more OEMs bring phones like the 12X and 8Z instead!!
Who would buy this crap 12 Pro with oven gen1 anyway given we have higher ambient temps as well!!

Nothing you can't stop with that buggy UI.😅

This will again have a "virtual proximity sensor" aka no proximity sensor and making calls on this thing will be a frustrating experience. Every new Xiaomi phone has this terrible 'feature" with no physical proximity sensor.

A phone that cannot even operate properly while taking and receiving calls....

66W charger is fast enough for me. They should invest money in battery technology.

I won't be getting this, not even for family members for these reasons:
                1. Xiaomi bloatware, whole bunch of it, this service that service, all useless.
                2. Camera software often not perfect in Chinese phones, let me guess, one or the other mode will be a corrupted low quality mode, 1080p video will be bad, or maye 4k will be. Software not close to being good engineered.
                3. Can't expect great audio quality from the jack. Because it doesn't have a DAC and secondly, it doesn't have a jack. All due to Google.
                4. Heavy. Huge.
                5. card slot missing.
                6. Chipset high performing, not so good at battery and heat.

Most people would be wary of considering an 8 gen 1 phone with its throttling woes. What baffles me is why Xiaomi still haven't launched 12X in India. If they price it right, it'll sell like hot cakes since OnePlus has left a big gap in the sub-40K price segment. Their only competition in that range is iqoo and lately they have been killing it.

As if Snapdragon, doesn't have enough problems already from their failure to secure a TSMC Node early for the Snapdragon 8Gen 1 to the failing to make the Cortex X2 Cores energy efficient enough with the Snapdragon 8Gen 1 Plus.

am I the only one here that is really curious and waiting for Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 ? I could careless about Gen 1 or 1+, I want to see what Gen 2 brings, and if that will require throttling or not.
