Android, just like any other modern OS, will use ram depending on how much the device has. Basically, a device with lots of ram will cache a lot of data, whereas a device with little ram has to reuse ram more often.
This logic also applies to apps, like Chrome.
The idea is to cache as much as possible, because ram cache is faster than any flash/disc drive.

On official site it says 4/6gb ram 128 rom. Here on GSMARENA is says just 4gb ram. !?!?
