Oppo f21 pro and pro 5g is a very overpriced phones

    In my country, the F21 Pro 5G is similarly priced to the Samsung A53 5G. I'm a little sceptical about Exynos SoC but I would rather go for it than get the F21 Pro 5G. No HRR, no OIS, crappy 8MP ultrawide, shorter software support, no IP rating and so on, what a joke.

      When you know the SoC is terrible so you just market it as a "Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G SoC".

Even 2021's phones like Realme GT Master and Poco F3 are much better choices, especially since these older models are going on sale very frequently now. I just bought Poco F3 8/256gb for US$250 during 4.4 sale, and it already got update for Android 12. These 'new' phones from Oppo still on Android 11 and will need to wait a few months to get Android 12.

Oppo and its sisters give better margins to t... moreYes, it's true that Oppo and Vivo have higher margins than competitors due mostly to BBK's massive economies of scale and higher selling price than even Samsung. But it's starting to wear down the 2 brands reputation because they just aren't premium enough to command such high prices. In my country for example, sales of new Oppo and Vivo phones are really slow at launch due to the high launch prices. Most buyers just wait for price drop or just go for the competitively-priced Samsung and Xiaomi.

                        Same to sd 695 lot of phones have it around $200.

                        Because some oem overprice them doesnt mean they are Bad.

                          These doesn't even have a ultra wide cam.

                                Well they arent bad but in android world for same or better price there is lot more ooptions to take and thinks about.

                                  Anders, 17 Apr 2022680 and 695 are garbage SOCs, terrible cameras too and over... moreNot gonna lie but the SD680 and SD695 are some pretty awesome SoCs for cheap and mid-rangers, it's just the company who makes them look worse by putting them in crap phones and make them look bad, for e.g, the F21 Pro 5G (aka Reno7 Lite/ 7 Z), the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G/ 11 Pro+ 5G for India/ 11E Pro for China, or SD680 on this Reno7 4G/ F21 Pro. The Snapdragon 695 on the sub-200-euro iQOO Z6 5G, or Snapdragon 680 on the sub-140 like the Redmi 10C are quite nice for the price tho. Or they should have used 4K@30fps (like how Samsung did on the A23) and that would be better.

                                    I have recently went to buy phone, salesman are literally begging to show phone features, I ma guessing they have good margin over samsung and Xiaomi phones, but I have purchased redmi 10c.

                                        Same phone will be up for voting in sometime again under some new name by VIVO REALME IQOO or ONE+.
