          6.7-6.8" screen with FHD+ resolution and 440 DPI? It doesn't make sense, does it? If you want to reach 440 DPI with the resolution of 1080x2400 pixels, the screen can't be bigger than approx. 6". For example, look at Zenfone 8 - 5.9" / 1080x2400 / 446 DPI.

            I too was forced to upgrade from my Z2 Plus (1-hand dream, similar size to S10e) to the X7 Max last year as I just couldn't find any good small affordable phone with decently powerful chip.

            So I ended up waiting, researching, shortlisting and comparing specs (on GSMA) & size (on phonearena). I had decided not to get anything >160x75mm in size. I had my heart on the og Find X, and might've even sprung for one in early 2021 (SD845 was still more powerful than all mid-range chips at the time) if it was actually available to buy at a decent price (~40k), but those stupid people didn't reduce the price one bit after launch, so I abandoned that. Finally the X7 Max was the only option which was relatively manageable (

                  so nearly 6.8" screen, yet only 4500mAh battery, why does Vivo always skimp on battery!?
                  Also the X70 Pro was almost perfect and had such good battery life for it's size/capacity, but now we get these chungus bricks everywhere-X80 series, K50/Pro, GT Neo3, etc!!
                  I'm kinda happy to get the X7 Max but also sad that I couldn't get a D8100 phone since it seems to be so much better in terms of perf/watt! The K50 with it's 5500mAh should be a battery champ imo, but I hate that huge size and ofc Miui. If someone put the 8100 in say the body of the Xiaomi 12X or S21FE (with 4500mAh) that would be soooo good!!

                        I wish it had a 1440p flat screen, and no punch hole.

                        At the moment, its either the higher resolution flat screen of the redmi k50 or the better camera of the x80.
