samsung blindly follows apple and is losing it's game. it all started from galaxy s7, first they sacked the IR blaster, then the micro SD card slot, then the headphone jack, then took the charger, and right after they shrunk the battery capacity(S22). what do you get from all this?!
on the other hand chines companies like on Oppo find x5 pro you get all you get on samsung phones plus the ceramic back, better design, a TRUE fast charger inside the box and a flagship worthy presentation!
this is coming from someone who is with samsung for over 9 years. from galaxy 1 Armani edition!

But i fear that the Oneplus foldable will be mix of Oppo Find N which is just too small inside screen and with much worse camera than Vivo X Fold.

Foldables remind me of VR.
An initial jump and ever since basically the same thing year after year w barely any change.
It goes to show you that the tech is no ready and prolly introduced to the public 10-20 years too early...
Mature tech has unbelievable changes YoY. Say early smartphones. We were going half the thickness and twice the battery capacity every 3 years or so, it was incredible.
3 years in the foldables and we actually grew thicker (Mate X remains the thinnest foldable ever)

If Samsung is using dual cell batteries, why can't they give 2,500mAh or 3,000mAh on each side? I definitely don't mind having a thicker body for a larger battery. Heck, even the M51 and M62 has a whopping 7,000mAh battery, so they can give two 3,500mAh battery cell.

I just hope that Xiaomi would get their next gen 5000+mah battery big folding phone for decent price compared to Samsung Fold 4 which will get smallish battery but with great software support(4 years of android updates and 5 years security updates).
We need competition in big foldable market outside of China but i doubt this will be the big year when there will be true competition.
Sadly rumored Pixel folding phone will be sold only on limited amount of countries instead of globally.

Lol,4400mah battery for a 7.6inch 1768 x 2208 screen with 120Hz refresh rate is never going to end well. Quite clear that the Z Fold 3 and 4 are meant for low to medium users who don’t do more than text and call.You are better off using the Z Folds closer to preserve battery lol.
You are better off with a s22u or iPhone pro max over this folding crap.

Samsung is not playing smart these days. There are over 5 rivals with folding devices and the list will grow further. Small capacity battery for a 7+ inch device and a power hungry SoC, and in this day and age everyone is connected all the time with feeds and notifications. Still think the Oppo Find N top tier for what it has to offer.
