why vivo y21t is more expensive than vivo t1x?
it is almost the same specs and the t1x has a better screen resolution? can anyone explain this?

T1 5G is now with Android 12. You can update. Camera performance is average. Google dialer has lagging.

In fact, old phones get HIGHER in price in most cases here! I wanted a Mi 10T but the last few units were priced higher than their sale price. Buying an old x2 find pro? Priced around the S22 Ultra on amazon! Things are beyond what you see them, sometimes marketing stupidly has reasons.
I still do believe Xiaomi could have done better, but vivo was doing fine as is. Xiaomi has always messed up the names.

We are past 1/3 of 2022 already, so Android 12 should be the minimum for these big brands (looking at you too Oneplus, Oppo and Xiaomi). Other than the old waterdrop notch design that Vivo still weirdly love to use, I do agree the T1 looks like a good value.

Anonymous, 26 Apr 2022T1 5G is actually pretty good value for money to be honest.It is and it looks pretty good and I do like it, but the S15e has a better main camera and a better selfie camera and a much more powerful chipset for almost the same price, while everything else is the same, including design. That's why I feel like this is just pointless, altough I assume this is the global version of that and that is the chinese version, but even if that's ture.. why not just release that with the exact same specs globally?

what the hell is this?? snapdragon 680?? this is a huge downgrade and disappointment. i dont like the naming though it is so confusing at all i cant even... they really sacrifice the performance for micro sd card and 5g... just like what oppo did with the f21/reno 7 lite.

Other than the confusing naming, these are pretty dang good phones. The T1 5G has a good AMOLED screen (even tho the design is a lil old but that won't bother me), good back design, great camera set-up, updated software and good chipset, and with the Snapdragon 778G, I believe there will be 4K video capturing too. The 4G version is a little more confusing not gonna lie, but for the money it's a good value phone, especially comparing to its Xiaomi rivals, these phones look so much better.

Darknoor, 26 Apr 2022Xiaomi does that for different regions and customer needs, ... moreNot in my opinion, Xiaomi still has way more rebranded phones, but none of those are good and they are all overpriced af, like the Redmi 10C which is the Redmi 10 India or the Redmi 10 Power, I'd rather buy the T1x 4G, it's cheaper, but looks a lot better and has a way better 1080p 90hz display instead of 720p 60hz for 30 eur less.

That T1 5G whatever the reason why Vivo named 3 completely different phones the same (which is worse than Xiaomi as that one has some explanation while this doesn't), is basically the S15e but the SD778G and not the E1080

The T1x 4G is just a Vivo Y21t (India), the new T1 5G is just a slightly different S15e, neither of them are bad, but they are both entirely pointless.
