          It all has to go via their Samsung Stores or via the store you bought it, however in both cases it ends up at their repair place.

          The stores themself are fine, the repar centre is not and their are notoriously slow like I already mentioned.

          Above that you barely get any information too, only a email when they got your phone and one the moment they are done.

          The moment they are done you have your phone the very next day, so the issue is really the repair centre themself.

          But it seems Samsung has double standards then...

                      I used to be iphone hater, but after owning 13 mini, I must admit it's a high quality phone with awesome software/battery optimization and excellent cameras. I'll probably trade it in for the 14 pro max later but as a backup phone. Still android is the king of software customization B-)

And it wasn't that expensive either. This is in Russia.

                          [deleted post]who hurt you anyway, take a look with your cheap no branded android phone, none of other camera sensors work. while iphone and have true sensors. budget samsung phones have only 1mp macro and 0.2mp ultrawide. 50mp on android phones are useless 😂😂😂 i hope soon you will realize how iphones perform

                              Jokes aside, like I have said like 3 times before, I'd be surprised if a giant phone company copies the i-shape hole punch since they already know that using 2 punch holes would look kind of dumb. The only companies I see copying it are companies like Gionee who like to make their products basically knockoffs of iPhones, and even then, they're likely to just copy the standard iPhone 14's and not the Pros, and use the notch again.

                                      I am fine with both, but it is a fact that the Flip3 is more innovative, and I truly believe they are the future.

                                      HOWEVER, the screen itself on foldables is still a big mess, I remember many people did worry about the hinges but in the end those are super solid, it is the screen being the issue.

                                      I use that Flip3 just for work, so not much use and I am very carefull with my stuff, but I got mine a week ago back from repaid because the screen cracked again for the 3rd time, they really need to fix that.

                                      And also, but this is a Samsung issue the time it takes to fix one is beyond ridiculous.

                                      I have no idea how it works in other countries, but even if I go TO SAMSUNG their store, fixing any phone (not only the Flip3) means you don't have a phone (or a replacement) for at least 3 to 5 weeks, IF you are lucky.

                                      Never seen a brand be so slow, even LG fixed my old phone in 1 week in 2016... (and back then, they had to ship them to a different country because there was nobody who did fix LG phones in my country)

                                      Anyhow, I am excitied to see the Flip phones in a few years from now on, but for now the battery life is poor and the screens too fragile.

                                      And just because "someone had one since launch, and their screen is fine even now" doesn't mean the issue does not exist. Just saying before someone starts about it.

                                        December 2018, so roughly 3.5 years ago.

                                        I did like that type of punchhole (on the side instead of in the top middle) more than ones in the middle, but that is just my preference.
