Both will go on sale next week.

Only higher version of 6gb/256gb of Mi Pad 5 will be available in India costing atleast Rs 40 k. Lower priced version starting starting at Rs 27k is only used as bait to trap gullible customers. These lower priced versions will be shown as "SOLD OUT" within seconds. Xiaomi is expert in this.

Does it really have type c usb 2.0 port? If you have portable ssd/ if u connect to ss type c port of laptop u should've usb 3.0 or 3.1 port to get High data transfer speeds, usb 2.0 port sucks when u need to transfer data.

I really wish the compact tablet segment is competitive again.
Back in 2013 2014, Woah the amount of competition there was crazy...
Lenovo should release the Legion Y700 globally, because they have a winner in their hands...

Hope they to stop making the punchole cam in the middle its really annoying.. Come on we need under display cam..

The Xiaomi Pad sounds like a great entry in the stagnating Android tablet space. Hopefully spurs some competition and we can end up with a tablet that offers a more stock-ish Android experience (I know MiUI is quite clean on the Pad but still)

Why not, for mi pad 5.

Anonymous, 27 Apr 2022Wow, with these prices in India they really are ripping off... moreThat's nothing. The devices like DSLRs, gaming consoles, controllers, PC components and the laptops are 50-80% expensive here, than in Europe.
Apple's famous sub $1000 MacBook Air costs $1300 dollars in India.

Poco F4 pro with Dimensity 9000 will come soon to India, might be under Rs.50k

Anonymous, 27 Apr 2022Wow, with these prices in India they really are ripping off... moreRemember though. Around 20% of the price difference is VAT which goes straight to the respected governments. This is the same for all companies in Europe.

Question: How many models you release?
                            Xiaomi: Yes!
