According to me the last good Google smartphone is the Pixel 5, not too big, matte case, minimalist design, not too thick (with this camera visor ...)

I hate the visor. It makes the phone more than 1 cm thick. It's been almost twenty years since phone thicknesses could be measure in cm and not mm.
And just look at the Xperia phones. They have bigger sensors than the Pixel phones, but are thinner and have almost no camera hump. The visor is totally unnecessary and just an example of bad engineering.

I definitely like this kind of camera design a lot. I don't mind having it for two or three more generations.

Okay, but they really didn’t have to go with 6.4 inch for the standard model. I think the 6 inch of the Pixel 5 were adequate.

I hope it doesn't bring that curved screen again, if not my options for the end of the year will be the sony xperia and the iphone 14, no more curved panels for me

Can't commend Google on much, but I'm glad I can commend them on not copying the ugly, absolutely hideous camera island thing.
Lets hope they go with a Dimensity 9000 this time.
