I am just wondering, is there anyone on earth who plays a song faster or slower?
You can play a video faster or slower but, why would anyone need to change the speed of a songs?
I don't think even The Flash would need something like that...

in practice this multitrillion company have no money to spend among those 7 and half billion of population to hire proper tech geeks and other people with fresh ideas and many possibilities to create something completely new to atract customers.

Been doing that with Win XP recorder since around 2005
Record with a cheap mic, open the WAV in the recorder and increase the speed then save it. BAM! Nightcore before I even knew it was a thing. Even before I had internet too...
But apple solved that now!!!
