Flip3 is the best phone ive ever owned. Ex iphome guy had nearly every iphone including the iphome 13 pro max which i still have. I could not go back to a big slab.

Keep your phone away from water. My colleague accidentally dropped her S20 into the toilet and the USB-C port stopped working.

I'm not here for trying, I need to take, use and be happy. When I read about issues of typical chinese flagships, sorry I pass. Samsung may not be perfect, but it is consistent and I know what to expect. With Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, OnePlus I am certain of only one thing - each new version brings more problems. That's the reason why Samsung and Apple are the best selling brands.
I'm not a child anymore, so I don't have time to play with phones.

Even for someone like me who thinks that anything over 50W is overkill, 25W is no longer relevant for a premium-grade flagship device. If Sony can give 35W or 45W for the next flagship Xperia, Samsung had it. I'd rather see more smartphone brands embracing battery bypass charging technology.

I agree with you that we dont really fast charging tech with speeds beyond 100watts. But 80w/65w are enough in our daily lives. It change our live when we use 65w charger bcos u will just wait 30-40 min to fully charge your phone. They were useful if you are always in a hurry and thats not a gimmick at all. Large batteries and other unique hardware are really a gimmick

You wake up with 25% of battery, then plug the charger, take a bath, and when you finish take a bath, it already full charge and ready to go.
No joke, thats the best innovation ever.

Fast charge is not everything... moreOfc it all have to kick... Turbo charge alone is nothing, like all other specs. It all have to be in the same phone.
My last samsung was S22 ultra, Exynos version, 2 different phones i had, but the sucks big time. Flickering display, laggy as fock, refresh rate not as promised, charging speed some minutes faster vs my old s21 ultra.
Soo no thx, and im pissed, im old sammy Note lover and the stylus would fit my tab s7+ and the other way to.
Even my beloved Huawei Mate 20x is feels better (anno 2019) 40w charge speed. You never tried the right chinese phones if you say the all sucks, they dont.
I have a mi 11 ultra eu stable rom, it rocks big time to.
And my next will be the Vivo X80 pro with the Dimensity 9000 chip, no heat problems anymore, tired of SD heat problems to.
We giving such high prices for top flagships and still they have tons of problems, especially last 2 years... If Apple had high speed charging and not the so-called sammy "fast" charge 25w speed, i would be prepared to tried it out and i rly dont like those no brainer phones, but evet their battery time last longer vs most Android phones now.
And battery time is some of my highest demands, together with best chip, camera and big display, even the real big display phones is gone nowadays, like my mate 20x.

I feel like in 2022 if ur phone can fully charge under 1hour from 0-100% that is more than enough for fast charging

I am amazed that even midrange devices from BBK have super fast charging while i should be happy at 25w on samsung flagships. I also don't like using my phone while it's charged so I prefer to use it once it's done charging. This I am saying as self confessed samaung fanboy, now i am keeping my s21 as a second phone and using a xiaomi 12 pro as daily driver, 120w is blazing fast but I would have been happy with 80w to be honest and would have preferred a bigger battery over 120hz

This business is just like the megapixel marketing of a decade ago, where manufacturers pushed the idea that more pixels meant a better image and used that to sell cameras (even if the images were smeared by crude noise reduction and worse than lower-res cameras produced). It's all just using meaningless "bigger is better" numbers to sell phones regardless of whether there is any benefit.

It would be funny if it wasn't sad 😐. Fear, fear, but so much 🤦🏻♂️. And no one wants nonsense like - 120W, 150W, and something optimal / normal - 60/65W. In my humble opinion, Fold 4 will be a foregone conclusion 😔.

The Zflip3 is only 15W wired anyway. With the tiny battery it fills up plenty fast enough for me.
