It's disappointing that they have basically released the SAME phone again but now it doesn't have a glass back or a charger included but I bet it will be the same RRP. Really looks like Sony isn't even trying to innovate anymore to gain market share.

I had been using sony 10 ii for almost two years now and it is hands down the worst phone I had ever bought. It was way overpriced, slow, and the camera is a joke (how it works and quality) beaten by phones costing two times less. It is hard to believe for me it was not completely shredded in its reviews. I regret buying it and the fact that I could not returned it right away.

These minor details made them desirable for small group of people.

People buy according to their budget and need. The only barrier is the price, surely this phone has most of the features we wish we had in every flagships.

Who cares about Sony these days? They are simply impossible to find anywhere, non existant support. Fine devices nothing against, i´ve been an Xperia user in the past.
They take too long to make it available. I can understand they are playing by their own rules, but honestly this does not cut anymore. I won´t even waste my time talking about their price policy...Absurd

So MP wise 12MP is like 48MP you can find in todays Snartphone.
And MP alone doesnt decice quality of picture, there are dslr with 12mp and capture good pictures compare to 108MP phones. You need Good sensor, good lens, better Software etc to get Good pictures.

I think that less powerful ISP and SW could do good enough with 12mp.
I hope tho 1 will have as hi quality output as 5, unlike last year.

I hate whole "look, we made our box smaller by not including a charger" bs, yes, you as a company have lowered your emissions, but because consumer might need to buy a charger, total packaging is bigger then if you just included it, so at the end of the day, total pollution went up instead of down.

Could somebody explain... Sony, a more premium brand, puts a 12mp, 8mp etc camera in its phones.
How does this compare to the 108mp / 50mp camera's we get in other phones (Xiaomi, Oppo etc.)?
Are those nu definition better or how does this work? Thanks!
