Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 to lose a bit of weight

The Fold3 is 271 grams, but its successor will be under 260 grams, which is not much more than some regular bar phones.

It has a squarish appearance because the top and bottom are flat and the 4 corners are sharp but the sides are rounded off. None of these phones you speak of are completely square. At any rate, I decided to take a poll on reddit over week ago when you started this square/curve talk.

I'm not knocking your preference the way you've done to other people because it's a preference. There is no right or wrong. People buy a Fold because it Folds. That's the draw. It has little to do with whether or not it is shaped like a square, triangle, rectangle or circle.

    The smartphones am excited nd can't wait launch of this year after s22 ultra are

    -zfold4 nd maybe flip4
    -xiaomi 12 ultra
    -Nothing phone 1(🤞🤞🤞🤞)

              Anonymous, 11 May 2022Same here too. I hope it DOA Rip if they don't change ... moreIf you're talking about the inside screen, making it 6 inches would defeat the entire point. Not even the Find N is 6 inches inside, it's 7.1".
              If you're talking about the outside screen, it could certainly work but I doubt that Samsung would make a 6" model since they would have to change the design drastically, and they could just make a whole separate Z-series model for that and put it between the Z Flip and Z Fold.

              Oh yeah also, if they were to make the design boxy then it would be somewhat hard to open if the left and right sides were flat.

                  Get rid off that ugly curve design, and make it rectangular boxy like note20ultra, get rid off the curve sides.
