What happens, when you loose wallet? You have to replace all documents. That is more difficult than replacing a phone.

Let me guess - it will still not allow you to add custom passes/PDFs and won't support pkpass format much like Google Pay currently (which allows me to add a bunch of "transit passes" from US). Wow, thanks, Google, real useful

They will probably require you to sign in to your google account then boom hackers drop a whole 1mill of google accounts in about 2 years or a half that google hasn't patched. Thus people find your ID, SIN numbers, all your info all gone.

Finally, I really miss the Apple Wallet app which was so much more functional than any janky 3rd party app I had to use on my pixel.. hopefully it can store my cinema tickets from Cineworld in the UK - my main favourite thing when I had an iphone as I could flick through all the things I watched

An app like this is what I always required, to get rid of all the physical documents and ID's that needs to be carried and that's a big hassle. Hope this becomes a standard app for all digital documents.
