After upgrading to OxygenOS 12 (EU Version), the phone now supports 5G for O2 Germany provider. Battery draining is much better than OxygenOS 11, I use the phone with two profiles (private and Android for Work).
From my side, OnePlus did a good job here.

Downside is, its a very closed and restricted operating system. Try customizing the home screen, that alone will tell you how restricted it is compared to android.

Comment section seems pretty sensible today.

From Samsung, Mi, iPhone 6Plus Pro which i used for 6 months and an unhappy user, back to Samsung, Asus and finally downgrade myself to OnePlus Nord (i mean prices below RM2k) i can say i am very happy with OnePlus, basically no complain over Oxygen. Maybe will stick to this brand or looking at Pixel just to do ground experimenting.

If you don't like iOS after using the phone, then you can sell the phone at minimal loss because iPhones usually retain value well.
