walkman8, 18 May 2022Who on Earth actually uses the same phone for 7 years? Android users. Despite the lack of software support, which is not as horrifying as it was made to be, it's still feature-filled and have better app backwards compatibility.
And Apple users too. Why did you think they keep boasting about software support?

derrr, 18 May 2022I do... Samsung Note 4 and purchased another 2nd hand very ... morenote 4 is even 8 years old, I though I was high or something when I realised how old it is.
Too bad android 6 (the last version on note 4) will be shut down this year, but you can always download and update basic apps with apk pure xD

Until google decide to shut down android 8 in ~2024, I'll keep using it!!!

walkman8, 18 May 2022Who on Earth actually uses the same phone for 7 years? I do... Samsung Note 4 and purchased another 2nd hand very cheap. Great screen and cameras, batteries easy to change, pen, headphone jack, parts are still available for easy repairs etc...
And surprise there really are people on "earth" who cannot afford to change so often or are happy and familiar with their older phone and meets their requirements. Also considering that there are replacement batteries, cases still available

Honestly I was super upset after buying the S22 ultra, it had a lot of problems.
But after updates has been working great

Issamh, 18 May 2022Whats wrong with S22 Battery all people are complaining alot.....Because the S22's battery life is noticeably worse than the S21, despite both phones almost the same size. It is also worse than Iphone 13 and just barely beat the 13 Mini.

Is funny how people buy compact phones, then they want to use them 8-9 hours per day, lol. Just go and buy a big phone, if your usage time is that high. Compact phones are design for people who use their phone 3-4 hours per day. People who probably use as main device a PC or a laptop. And only as a secondary rarely device the smartphone.

They're sending plenty of updates out the exynos s22 variants have a deep sleep problem and 5g drain issue that needs to be addressed
