"what more could you want?" Software that works, cellular that works, bug fixes, timely security updates - the stuff that normally works great for at least 2 years on a phone so expensive.
Don't believe for a moment that problems in these demo models will ever get fixed. The 1 Mark III series still has focus problems, missing 5G support, missing dual band GPS, and plenty of other bugs. I eagerly download software updates thinking that the 2+ month delay was spent fixing something, but it's just a 2 month old security patch that arrives.

Cons: no stereo speakers, crappy sd695, no atleast 90hz display, no 8gb ram, overpriced.
Pros: expandable storage, 3.5mm jack, 6.0", stock UI(no bloatware)

You must have been smoking something when you said this phone is "way better". At 500 Euro, Xperia 10 IV is clearly priced above its comfort zone and you must be insane to recommend it over Redmi if both phones happened to be sold where you live, unless one is desperately looking for better battery life or proper water resistance and willing to pay 150 Euro more for an overall lower-class product.

Don't know what Xiaomi phones you have been using. Sony make great games consoles and TVs but phones.... not so much. They're small time in the phone industry. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up getting out of the phone industry like LG.

Way better than redmi note pro+ that is €450 ...
Better screen, better UI, better design, better battery endurance, tougher gorilla victus, IP68. Despite the 2012 cam hardware (inferior to Z1) , it does better than the favorite of those that cant afford iphone.

Did you have tested the Sony's 30W chargers ? Maybe he is faster with the charger adapted for it
