I also said Huawei should fix the issue. Maybe you should read properly before you call me a shill or whatever.
Also, the reason why i show more sympathy for Huawei is due to the numerous unjustified bans they had to suffer through. If it weren't for those bans, then Huawei wouldn't have to resort to using their own app store in the first place.

So you can listen to music with your music app while toning down any annoying autoplay videos in a browser for example? (without muting it completely via browser settings)
You really can do that on MIUI? If so, prove it with a screenshot and i'll jump straight to a redmi/xiaomi device for audio consumption.

I like AppGallery but I didn't use it, they offer nice discounted IAP than play store.

I'm quite baffled to know that not only AppGallery has had such a bizarre and seemingly basic bug, but also Huawei never responded to it even though they had known about it for a long time.. what the hell? They'd better fix it ASAP.

-They were the first to introduce a proper night-mode (even before Google's night-sight), it became a trend after that.
-They were the first to introduce reverse wireless charging on a phone, it became a trend after that.
-They were the first to launch a proper triple-camera phone (right along with LG), it became a trend after that.
-They were the first to launch a 5x periscope zoom camera on a phone, it became a trend after that.
They've continued to innovate in the camera department, and lead in image quality.
And those are all Facts. Go back in your cave.

Google has it as well. You can download any apk from Play Store. Activation via store API is builtin into apps, not the store. So the news is just hoax.

Also they were first offering decent 5G Hardware globally. Nowadays every phone company copies, to the point where there is a lack of individuality. So what? In the end it's a telephone. Who copied the telephone?
