Shenanigans like this is something iPhones just don't have. It's same thing for entire world. Either everyone gets a great chipset or we all get bad one. And I'm sure Americans felt the same back when Exynos was better than Snapdragon and they got the inferior one. It's annoying and unnecessary thing that just makes brand look bad. Ray tracing in Exynos 2200 is entirely worthless because no game even uses any of that and it's pretty bad efficiency wise.

          Also how you think the brand is been built? By making great products year after year. Samsung had their change, but it didn't quite met the expectations of users and that's why Samsung lost lot of their loyal fans over the years, sametime iPhone been getting better and better and loyalty been really high all these years and that builds brand image and Apple is still just starting, they will grow a whole lot while others will stay stagnant.

            Now in this list if 20 people were to use their money to buy one smartphone,majorty will pick the s22 ultra not because it is way way better or more value than the rest it's just because it has a SAMSUNG branding

            That's the same case with APPLE when it comes to iphones this mentality has been spread globally that they are the best premium

            I still remember when somebody told me that 5g is for iphones only,the Person is not a tech person at all

            Most Every day people who don't even come to websites like GSMarena think iPhone is the best because of how Apple is influencial and has marketed themselves from the beginning of time

            In most societies if u buy an expensive flagship(say s22 ultra) Android smartphone most people may not even noitce but if u buy iPhone 13 pro max u will most surely be noticed that u have bought an expensive smartphone

              Though this raises a good point I have noticed time and again on this sight, most people on here claiming that Android or an Android is so radically better than any iphone more often than not end up also claiming to own the latest and greatest from Apple. it's never an SE, an XR or some old hand me down 6S or something like that, no it's always the latest (and most expensive) Pro Max.

              Strange that, see I have said this before, but I'll say it again, I am not fond of Huawei or Xiaomi products, therefore I don't feel the need to run around spending large swathes of my hard earned money on their top of the range and most expensive handsets.

              Though it seems I'm in the minority in this, apparently all of Apple's biggest detractors on this site are also among their best customers, who knew eh......

              So here's my question to you, if, just if you find the S22 Ultra to be so fantastically superior to the 13 Pro Max.....what in the blue hell are you even doing with a 13 Pro Max then?!?!?!?!

That’s why iPhone sales are up and Android companies strugling to sell anything else than their low-end phones because people just don’t see the value there, trend been down every year, which means even current owners aren’t buying their phones like they used to

                Less and less people want phone to tinker with, they just want product which works always just like you just took it out of the box.

                    -Trix-, 24 May 2022"The reason why iPhones sell more than any other smart... moreno it does not offer better value for money at ALL, stop talking absolute nonsense, the reason iphones are so much more popular are because A: it is apple, and B the devices are user friendly to the masses, a 60 year can pick up an iphone and use it pretty easily, as could a child, android devices are a bit more complex due to the differentations and endless oportunities to for USER control, my s22 ultra thumps my iphone 13 pro max in virtually every single department aside from pro raw on the camera and the battery life is marginally better in my usage with the iphone, but that is it, the s22 is lightyears away, and thats not even before you consider any of the other flagships out there, huawei being much better still, but crippled by restrictions

                          They sell more because they are better for majority, iPhone just offers better value for money, no need to deny this because it shows every year more clearly that very few want to pay premlum price for Android experience.
