using the affordable honor 8a. one thing i like honor is the drop noti onscreen button because i'm one handed kinda guy. but pls make compact phones and smaller camera i'm a minimalist and non show off

At least better than competitors live the Xiaomi Civi 1s and Oppo reno 8. This is a China release so the Samsung s21 fe is not a competitor at all. It's in a completely different price category. Of course that's a better option if you can get it for a similar price but that's not the case in China

Last year... moreThe pricing isn't too bad though. $15 more than the Xiaomi Civi 1s for example and that has similar specs apart from the cameras which are far weaker on the Civi. Of course it's not the cheapest phone (for that you can go with Realme, Redmi or Motorola) but basically on par with the pricing of competitors with curved screens at this price point. Personally prefer flat screens but curved screens are significantly more expensive. 256gb of storage has to be taken into consideration with the price too

The cameras are pretty good, but the chip is outdated. Should have used the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, instead. What good is a nice camera, if the phone is not as fast as it should have been?

Last year Snap778 and 120hz amoled screen for 430dollars in 2022?
Just get a Samsung a52s 5g with almost half the money.....

Although I find it a little interesting, I don't see much purpose in seeing devices that will be released ONLY in China, like the previous version.
