OnePlus Nord 2 is now receiving the stable update to Android 12

      The update is not ridden with bugs actually....It's stable on my device....Lot of new features are added....But Signature Red and Black accents of 1+ is removed 😑😑

        Pumpino, 31 May 2022Seven months then. ;)4th October, that's basically entire October still. It's end of May now, that's full 8 months. 8 MONTHS. That's just lazy and almost defeats the point of "X major updates" checkbox they tick on the specs sheet when they come so late. And don't get me started with monthly security updates that aren't even delivered monthly in most cases and a lot of phone makers release them "when they feel like it". Which can mean 1 security update a month with almost month delay or none for 6 months...

              This when Android 13 has already been announced... yikes.

                Six months following the release of Android 12. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Samsung will continue to get my money every time from now on. Monthly patches and prompt major updates. I'm happy I no longer own a OP device.

                My work phone is a Realme 9 Pro+. It gets patches on alternate months. It will be interesting to see when it receives Android 13. I imagine it won't be any faster than the Nord 2.

                      Same as 2nd Beta? Does that mean still plenty of bugs yet to be rectified?
