I actually contacted Cell C via their Facebook Page and the told their technical department is busy ensuring everything runs smoothly once this update is ready to go. It should be live now or tomorrow. Check what Vodacom says.

all you guys read the news before posting any of your futile comments! MS is deploying WP 7.8 through february!!! although 7.8 is avaiable since last night...for some device. usualy Nokia updates their first, then the other (samsung,htc)

Hi I live in New Zealand and I was wondering if or not htc 7 trophy will get a windows 7.8 update?
If so then when will it be available to download?
Currently its running Windows 7.5, Os version 7.10.8107.79

Tried cable trick like 100 times but still no luck on my HTC Mozart.
Still stuck up to 7.10.8779.8 and phone is up to date.

The update was't available for 710 here in Bulgaria last evening (30th). Microsoft is very slow to deploy anything new here, as always. The phone is nice, but because of MS I'll not look for a Lumia next time.
