They immediately think it is crap ... And many only focusing on camera and they don't even using it.. But they have no idea how Pro+ has perfect screen ...
But if they would have the unit (Pro+) in hands they immediately would change minds..

Most people aren't interested in BBK devices and thats why GSMarena is coming up with articles and paid reviews in hopes of increasing people's interest. More and more people are seeing through these kinda articles.

I find it funny when polls for BBK phones are taken.
Usually it’s a rebranded phone with either OPPO VIVO ONE+ REALME branding. Many of the things are just the same. Even OS is renamed.
So what’s the point in going for a poll again and again when it’s just the name ( be it phone or the OS) that has changed.
With nearly 52% not wanting it, this piece of article should be as – not amongst the preferred buy.
I am quite sure those preferring to buy a BBK phone has to be from India mostly.

7 gen 1 first release is made by Samsung ... so avoid this SoC like the plague. wait the second release by TSMC. You have been warned, again !

The reno6 pro was the last classy renos. And everything after that they were just junk renos with flat screens & poor cameras missing telephoto

As I said before while commenting Find 5 series, Reno is considered as an experimental project in my country, where OPPO origins. OPPO will gradually go back to R series, offering fancy(maybe) outer designs and mid-tier inner hardware. Reno has been degraded.
Maybe OPPO's executives think that Reno offered too much at that price point so they just keep removing features. The first to be axed is 5x telephoto from original 1st gen Reno, then telephotos on pro models since Reno 5(still preserved for plus models). And now they axed telephotos on pro plus models. They may have axed OIS on some models, I cannot remember clearly.
The second thing they've done to bring back R-series is to rebrand phones as many as possible, which is extremely common for OPPO and vivo in earlier years. Believe or not, the two BBK-derived brands used to release sub-models based on screen they used(LCD or OLED) with complex suffixes.LMAO.
This year's Reno 8 series is just a modernized R-series from 2012-2018. Compared with 8 pro plus, even Reno 5 pro plus from 2020 has the same main sensor and a dedicated telephoto. The Reno 8 pro plus just offers a garbage 8mp ultra-wide and an even worse 2mp trash place holder.

From my point of view they got over 50 % refusing answer, so the correct title should be like "people don't want this behaviour anymore".
