When comes to benchmark tests yes on paper even A16 will looks gruesome.
When comes to real life tests for example gaming even Nubia red magic for half the price of Apple will preform better after a long time gaming sesion.
Playing for 4-8 hours nonstop on any android device powered by SD855 and better or latest 7XX cpus with 8+ GB ram will make a lot better performance score than even A16 and thats said fact.
For a short work or apps such as brownser facebook viber twitter whatsapp etc yes Apple is perfect but playing Forza Motosport for example for 4-8 hours or untill battery depletes game on android device will be much better after many hours of playing compared to Apple.
Only first 30 minutes or one hour will bake difference in favor of apple.

The punch hole with the pill on the iPhone 14 Pro looks unsymmetrical to the eyes, even the notch looks better.
There are rumours that the iPhone 15 will have under display camera so that will change the game but we'll see how that pans out.

Heck most Android chips have not even caught up to A14 yet.

Why not, iPhone 14 is almost no-upgrade specs. Lets hope 2023 iPhone would have been changed for more better specs. my bad, i'm Android user xd

but from my testing and im sure there are on the inter too...the iphone 13 is one of the coldest running phone thanks to the colder cores compared to the iphone 12 that was the hottest iphone from the 11-12-13 series

Now that Mini is gone, they need to fill in the void. They are placing regular iPhone in that position again. But they'd be downgrading pricing then from their current pricing model which is bad for business when you're the owner of said business. So they'll keep the old price and downgrade (or not upgrade) hardware instead. Sucks for users, great for business owner. Feels almost like insertion of Mini in the lineup was a planned thing to get to this point without making everyone angry about it.
