Atmosphere isn't stalled. Air is moving, so the map is pointless. What you see on the map would be entirely different in couple of minutes. When you see fresh red dot in one district, by the time you see it it should be kilometers away.

            * ground-level ozone
            * particle pollution (also known as particulate matter, including PM2.5 and PM10)
            * carbon monoxide
            * sulfur dioxide
            * nitrogen dioxide

            The measurements are generalised over large areas while it only takes one particle of the virus for transmission.

            A better measure for safety from virii would be indoor CO2 levels (running off the presumption that the CO2's from second-hand air).

              no one asked for air quality index, what about offline maps? you know google, there are countries like germany where mobile data isn't as cheap as in india for example.

                              Most of the Purpleair sensors are setup improperly, by amateurs. More often than not they are wildly inaccurate. Including them is a really bad idea. It gives people the feeling like they know something about their air quality, when the reality is actually very different.
