D8000 > SD870
D8100 > SD888 (especially in heat management)

So basically no headphone jack. Another disappointment from poco. Basically anything after f2 pro is rubbish, except the x3 pro.

hmm, 09 Jun 2022So this is basically Poco F3 with a bit more pixels on the ... moreBasically yes alongside optical stabilization (previous rumor mentioned 64MP with OIS). 2021 midrange/flagship killer owners will most likely skip this one, but for ones coming from pre-pandemic-era mid range phones this isn't a half bad deal. At least if it launches at the same price as the outgoing F3.
Note: F3 launched with a base price of 349 euro / 349 USD, so a price range between 350-400 euro/USD would make sense for this, minus whatever they throw at as early bird deals.

Although a SD870 refresh is now an overdue and our only hope is to wait for phones with SD7G1 to release - it promises similar performance as a Dimensity 8000, that means better than the SD870.

Also would be nice to still see SD855, 860 and 865 for middle class phones to have price down as old chip but would still last for a very long time and have new android support for it for sure next 5 years of more

I dont know how is it for Realme. But for other choices are all llocked. Samsung S21FE is probably only good thing about it as a smaller device but not compact yet as it still have 6.4 inch screen and 155m tall. S20 use to be a nice phone cause of it's more compact size but still not small enough as 6.2 inch and 151mm tall. S20 FE all 3 different models are at 6.5 inch screens

So this is basically Poco F3 with a bit more pixels on the main camera ? Also probably it's price will be 1/2 more expensive. When F3 was around 300-350 euro this F4 5G will be 450-500 euro.
Also whats up with this naming 5G ? Like is there any Poco F4 models with 4G ? I understand if they have it as 4G like with SD860 from X3 Pro.
They should of gone with something like F4 Lite or something. Adding 5G behind for model name is just stupid when all the F4 models are 5G anyways. Semms that even X4 all models will be 5G so they just cant think of any new name for it while they have like 10 different names for same model of a phone from redmi to note series to poco to K series for China and so on and now they are out of ideas how to name a model

With Realme GT neo 3T(snap870), the price is quite high actually.
And as much as i like Snap870,it still remains a snap865+,which is a 2020 chip.

OIS and a decent sensor choice (to be announced yet) would be a return to the formula that made Xiaomi great (i.e., cheaper phones with amazing Pixel like sensors for GCam). Can't wait to hear more about this phone's cameras!

At the right price, this has all the potential to become one of the legendary Poco phones. Going with Qualcomm over Mediatek may seem like a downer right now, but Qualcomm has proven continued support that should keep this phone alive and well with many high quality 3rd-party ROMs. Truly a breath of fresh air.
