Also must give you a waranty.
Dunno like your country but here in Slovakia every company must give you 2 years of warranty on everything which is not food or have the date of expiracy.
Only exception are phone batteries which have warranty of 6 months.

So pretty much none? Have you checked the Oukitel website? Their warranty claim page and their support ticket page do not work. They have two(!) return addresses worldwide, one in the US (some nondescript warehouse) and one in "Japen". Their downloads are stored on Mega, and they have nothing for phones before 2018. Do you really trust such a company? And even if you are willing to trust them for your private phone - would you honestly trust them as the equipment manager of a corporation or an agency? Would you buy 1,000 Oukitels from an "authorized distributor" that is an account on Aliexpress named "shenzhenshifagesiweidianzishangwuyouxiangongsi" (I'm not kidding)?
These Chinese rugged brands have red flags all over. If they work for you, great, but in a business that values support, trust and reliability they cannot play in the same league as Samsung.

Doogee and Oukitel are equal in ruggednes like Samsung Xcover or Motorola Defy.
Something like looking like rugged phone doesnt exist either is ruggged and tested or it ist.
Many Youtube videos will prove something else compared to yours claims.

It have support like any other typical chinese brand.
And the lifetime is 5-7 years pretty easily.
Have a friend with Oukitel K10 (first ever phone with 10k mAh cell) made and bought from 2015 and still working like a brand new.

Just plugged the IMEI of the U1 model used for FCC testing into Verizon's BYOD IMEI check, and it accepts it as the XCover Pro 2. Looks like the US is probably getting this model unlike the XCover 5.

Oukitel WP15 cost less than 400 and have 1/3 better specs.
Oukitel WP19 have 3000% better specs as a rugged smartphone and cost 599 euros.
Samsung is way more popular but way more costly.
