They have great software team. One Plus and Vivo isn't. Oppo completely messed up their software on mid range and budget segment.

Realme his great looks even for a budget phone. Unlike in the years of realme C3 (which is a gooood deal back then, price-to-spec), their new phones are so lagging in specs and their main selling point is the design. All of it being driven by social media.

Chinese oem's have a habit of not providing long os updates, as they prefer to launch a new phone instead, hence the glut of so many products out in the market. Samsung and Apple are the only manufacturers who provide long term software support, hence, their products have better market value than their counterparts which quickly lose their market value since they will not be supported for long.

Instead of launching phones every week, they should concentrate more on providing good and reliable software updates. If you are just going to update the os of the phone once or twice, then you'll never beat the likes of Samsung and Apple.
