Worst company I have ever seen. Bought a Coolpad mega 5S on January 2022 and after three months the phone stopped working, tried multiple times to connect with customer care but nothing happened.
The company has shut down, so is their customer care number stopped working.
I strongly suggest everyone that do not buy any Coolpad mobile

This Phone Is Not as bad as I'd Expected for a 150$ Phone, the Camera is nice, The Video game Quality is acceptable But, Lacks The Streingth To Multi Task Compared to Other Phones And The Processor Heats up Quickly, I wouldnt recommend Buying This phone but, it Has Some Hidden Qualities That can Do The Everyday Work.

Its correct cheap phones have its flaws but for everything else a good ativirus can help and in that case brand really doesnt matter.
Its same like one Camera update can improve many things and make from inferior average camera a super B camera worth every penny.
I know and i do undestand that update doesnt solve everything or apps you install but most of.

I have a Coolpad Cool 20 for 3 months already and it has CoolOs with Stock apps only. That means zero bloatware on my device just stock google apps even if you search on YouTube reviews it's bloatware free. Hopefully this Coolpad 20S has also has zero bloatware.

We all know what comes with cheapness, tons of bloatware, bugs, no os updates etc. By buying cheap, you also risk your own security, especially with banking apps you use everyday, so my suggestion? buy from a reputable brand that has been in existence for quite some time already. The money you spend with them, will, in the long run be beneficial to you.

Wow, quite good for the price. Makes me remember 6 years ago when budget low to mid-range phones used to only cost around $150-250.

Back in 2015 and 2016 my company here in Slovakia had several Meizu phones for sale until they ultimately withdrawn from EU market.
They werent bad for that price but xiaomi is at least 50% beter quality for a chinese brand.

Coolpad like tons of other brands was one of those who tried to be very popular but failed to impress due to lot of bugs, bloatware, broken parts and huge laggs.
Like with most other brands who tried to be very popular but failed, problem with coolpad is barely no phone can last as long as Warranty.
Maybe its low cost like Xiaomi or Realme but n this case the quality is also very low.
Just like Alcatel, Benq, Meizu, Cherrymobile, MyPhone, Hammer, CPA, Mobiola, Aligator, Energizer, Doro and many else brands you probably never heard of.
