I'm not suggesting that it's a poor phone, but it's certainly not in the same league as the 6/Pro, and there are phones from other OEMs that have superior specs and cost the same or less. Given that Google's length of software support for the A series is less than Samsung's, one has to question if the A series is as appealing as it once was, especially since Google butchered stock Android with Material You.

It does not lock at 120.
There are apps that support 90, screen cant run at 120 for these apps.

If OS is actually unconditionally smooth like I have experience with iOS, I just don't care, it's silky smooth at 60Hz already. Reviewers always diddling settings menu up and down and saying "oooooh that's smooth" like they're climaxing, but it's all just like whatever. I've held Galaxy A52s with 120Hz and while it was smoother than my 60Hz during motion, I frankly don't find it particularly great to a point I'd absolutely demand it. Especially not if phone only knows fixed rates at 60Hz or 120Hz like A52s had. If it's adaptive, sure, otherwise it's a total waste of battery time (as far as my usage goes anyway which is social media and browsing, not gaming at all).

60Hz i... moreThat's the security updates and not major Android updates. Even though,I would get support from custom roms. But this is not the right phone for it.
In my country, except Motorola and One Plus, not a single phone brand gives proper carrier aggregation.

60Hz isn't a great choice, but glass 3 is. I find the phones that used this type to scratch far less than the new ones.
