It is not possible Xiaomi does not include zoom in their best models.
Why don't they do that? only the version ultra but less people will be buying it because is bigger.
They will be looking more the 12s pro version but it lacks zoom :(

Prince Cooper, 23 Jun 2022Where's compact market? WHERE?exactly...where are the small phones? iPhone has small phone, but all Android phones are big phones. We need a small but powerful phone

Xiaomi 12 series has a Major Camers Lens issue after using the camera for more than 5mins, Camera Lens gets foggy, many users having same issue & nothing done from Mi Part.

Gusta, 21 Jun 2022So where is Xiaomi 12 Lite? Is it canceled? The Xiaomi 12 Lite is probably gonna be announced before August like the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G

The chips ruin everything. You need fans to run those chips SD 8/8+ Gen 1 or DM 9000 like in a gaming phone. These could have been a good deal if they had SD 870 & DM 8100. I'll pass. Good luck Xiaomi selling these phones I only wish they had a different Chipset.

eXultia, 21 Jun 2022Too big. Sub 150mm or bust.Sounds like a you problem

notafanboy, 21 Jun 2022There's already the 12 and 12X that are compact phones.Too big. Sub 150mm or bust.

SI, 21 Jun 2022Really looking forward for Xiaomi 12 but with SD Gen 1+ chi... moreI expect it will be, it seems the issue isn't down to Xiaomi but Qualcomm itself, only gaming phones seem to be able to keep their chips cool since 888 came out

George399, 21 Jun 2022Buggy software no thanks.Been using a Mi 9T for almost 3 years now and it's quite bug free

MIUI being bugy is nowadays a myth born out of earlier days when it was, people who used the phones from Xiaomi back then only have that experience, so they preach it like it's their experience from newer phones, when it's not

There won't be xiaomi 12T this year.

eXultia, 21 Jun 2022Uninteresting unless it's a compact one. There's already the 12 and 12X that are compact phones.

Zuzuz, 21 Jun 2022Aaah, you are that lucky dude without problems?! My local ... moreLol, and? Most people don't experience any serious issues. Take a look at actual polls on the Pixel 6 series devices. Just do a google search for "pixel 6 pro poll" and look at the first result. Should be a poll from the Android police website.23758 Total Votes. 48% are happy with their Pixel 6/6 Pro. 29% are mostly satisfied. 5%have neutral feelings. Only 11% are "mostly disappointed, while they like a few things" and a tiny 8% are completely unhappy.
So what was that about me being "lucky"? Huh?

Lei Jun claimed today on Weibo that the Snapdragon 8 gen 1+ chip name is misleading as the actual experience is a very big improvement on the snapdragon 8 gen 1. Will be interesting to see if this is the case or if it's just the usual marketing bs.
