Abount time someone tames Apple's wings and put them in their place, they are ridiculous and now they'll get a dose of their medicine. I pray they get hit with the biggest fine ever. Well done to Brazil for standing up for its people. Obrigado!!!

Apple should lose rights to the Iphone name as such as they should have lost rights to the Ipad name, but China"I believe it was" sold out and let crapple but the name. I also believe crapple took mexico for the Iphone name who also hade the ifone prior to apple. Since they are so big on suing everyone for everything. Even what does not belong to them. They should be sued. But for companies like them...Everyone would rather sell out

Julius, 06 Feb 2013Everything is selling more than water in the desert in Braz... moredude i dont have to read the news.. i LIVE in Brazil. Lol and yes... its almost as if brazilians liked to be exploited.. did u know that the toyota corolla here can get to 48k dollars?
Brazilians love to blame taxes (they have part of the blame, but not so big).. but the real problem is: If its selling like hell with that price, why reduce it?? So, yep.. most or brazilians like to be exploited.

Anonymous, 06 Feb 2013Over the years Apple's iPhone is in the market and there wa... moreWrong. Gradiente never stated that they are going to do anything with it.
They even released a video to show the differences between Apple's and their product. They never (publicly) asked for anything.
They are no trolls. They never sued, nor showed intention to do so. AND they have released a phone with "iPhone" name on 2000 something.

This one made me really laugh, Crapple is accusing everyone like Sammy for stealing things here and there, and they appear to be the one stealing everything, wait a minute, INCLUDING the name they started with, WOW this is big, I will google that Brazilian company and encourage them to stick with their name, OR take zillion dollars to let Crapple use it, sounds like a plan for my week-end to do :D
Down to go Crapple

JS, 06 Feb 2013All they have to do is paying royalties.yes, but overall it's not that simple. Apple will have to pay royalties to keep using the name, but at the same time Gradiente issues Android iphones.
They might even make a deal for royalties: trade a name license in Brazil for a name license in a big country where iphone belongs to Apple (US, maybe?)
