I've you've ever seen footage of Casio's R&D videos where they torture G-Shock watches, they are done on drop machines, vibration machines, freezers, ovens and so on where they repeatedly torture products in repetitive means. And people think every single product goes through such testing. It doesn't. They do it during prototyping and finalizing stages and that's that. They may pull products from the production line randomly for a repeat test, but they most certainly don't put every single product for test before shipping it to stores. Only test they probably do is in vacuum chamber to check water resistance because that kinda matters the most for every single product. And that's that.

A tiny bit truth and the rest is fake. Let's not forget the 'bring your phone in the pool' ads, from all the big companies. And because people got water damage on their phones, from believing the ad, was big enough issue that the companies had to change their ads.

              So as I said and keep saying, fake editing. The football and tennis might be real, but not even sure because the scenes change. But the rest, are fake durability tests. The swimming and biking can be real, because people do use watches there. But no contact sport whatsoever, allows accessories and standard jewelry. Piercings are taped in contact sports, if anything.
