        Im wondering the same thing.. I am using Oneplus 8 pro 12/256GB and im very happy with it so far. but battery has been disapointing after the stupid color OS mixed with Oxygen OS. I use the alert slider alot when i go to religious/meeting/or wen taking a nap.. its really useful. i wonder why they ditched it...

                              They skipped the 10 and instead directly launched the 10 Pro. Then comes 10R (once again, no 10) and now, this. The alert slider is removed from flagships, but it's present on the mid-range, while the metal frame was removed as well. It's really weird all these crazy stupid decisions from OnePlus. No doubt they're losing fans fast
