    Why does the A32 4G get the July patch while the A32 5G gets the June patch?

      My question is, why did this security update discard all my personalized settings? Discarded my wallpapers, my ringtones for my alarms (to the softest sound that didn't wake me on time), my screen timeout reset to 30 seconds, the dark mode was disabled and a lot more. It basically was a factory reset for mine and my significant others phones, minus having to download all our apps again.

            Are you trying to own yourself? So the numbers only matter if it's in your favor, huh?

            Anyone suggesting you need to factory reset your phone every month either hasn't used Android since 2014 or used super cheap devices... What a stupid statement.

              A52 = 600/1800
              XR = 1100/2700

              I'd say that "pretty much 2x faster" is an accurate description. Single thread is still the most important for responsiveness of the phone. But whatever.

Where the F did you get that idea?! Also throwing iPhone SE into same basket as iPhone 11... All I can say is lolzroflmaolololoooool.

                    SShock, 03 Jul 2022Funny you said the last line. You're literally arguing... moreNo, people argue with you because you say iPhone Xr is a very good phone compared to other premium phones. Which is totally untrue. Is a very good phone for your needs. That's not make it a very good phone in general. Is just an average phone from Apple with a high price. The same like iPhone 11 and SE series.

                        Their displays gets brighter and are OLEDs with higher resolutions, HDR certified with Dolby Vision, the 13 Pros even have ProMotion.
                        Maybe it's faster due to it's low resolution display?
                        I've only had 1080p and 1440p on my smartphones, won't be satisfied by your HD display.
                        I've performed no factory reset on any on my flagships, except when I'm about to sell the phone to some one obviously.
                        Not sure why you're still arguing with me.
                        Is it that hard to accept not everybody likes the same things as you?

                          Anonymous, 03 Jul 2022Apple fans will fight with you no matter what. But I agree.... moreWow, a phone that's basically 2x faster and has almost half the battery doesn't last as long as some weak mid range phone with 5000mAh battery. I'd have to desperately try to take you seriously with this one... If you look at GSMArena's battery endurance chart, the top is dominated by phones with garbage chipsets and massive batteries. Do the math lol

If it doesn't have big numbers it can't possibly be good. Just 1 pretty good camera opposed to 5 garbage token cameras. Yay. Only 800 something p LCD display. Oh noes! Doesn't get bright. Wow, really? How would you know that? It's so bright I basically never use it past 50% and not once I had legibility issues even in full on sun. What extra brightness do you need? To burn your retina off for some reason? It has a sweet spot pixel density and ironically, because it doesn't have to process idiotic number of meaningless pixels you can't really see anyway, it'll always be faster even compared to some recent new phones. Oh and no, it doesn't lag or stutter. Ever. Most Android phones (and I had SD 800 series) do that even when they are new, let alone after years of use. Where they all start to lag and stutter even more because Android is just terrible for long term usage where you don't make factory resets on monthly basis almost. But sure, blame it on "software issues" and dismiss it as "non relevant" then. LMAO.

                              Yeah, they can be used, but there aren't any good.
                              That's the problem with long software support. No software in this world will save you from aging hardware.
                              And yes, some older iPhones models have lag too and they are not performing like in the first year. An iPhone Xs will never perform exactly like an iPhone 12 or 13. No matter what some people will tell you. Otherwise everybody will just buy 3-4 years iPhones instead of the newer models, lol.

                                It will not be at the level of Samsung, but I am already seeing some companies offering 3 OS updates and 4 years of security patches for their mid-range phones too. Which up until 2-3 years ago was reserved only for their flagships.

                                    If you're trying to make me believe iPhones never lag, I won't believe you, I know people with iPhones, they do lag, even the recent ones.
                                    Your XR has only one camera and a 828p LCD display that doesn't even get very bright, no point arguing with you when you're fine with this mediocre phone.
                                    To each their own.

The speed at which my XR is doing stuff, I have no doubts it'll last me 5 years easily. It'll soon be 4 years old and it's still running as snappy as the day I bought it and back then it had flagship chipset inside (same as in XS). Sound is still the best I've ever heard on basically any smartphone, display is great, camera snaps me good enough photos that I just don't care. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the device and I'm pretty confident iOS 16 won't change that. Or iOS 17 next year.

                                        Getting software support for 5 to 7 years is useless for some one like me, look how outdated an iPhone 6s Plus and X would be next to an iPhone 13 Pro.
                                        If I was an iPhone users, the oldest iPhone I would get would be the 11 Pro.
                                        Just because it has an Apple logo, I should enjoy an outdated device?
