Uber has now stopped rolling out its new app version updates in some of the old version of android OS phones, amazon did the same last year. So now older android OS version users can't no longer use uber app for cab booking

I've been hiding "last seen" from everyone (including my contacts) for a while, so I don't understand why this is an issue.
