Contrary to what they say, iPhone lidar is used naturally in various environments. Of course, the 2MP Macro cam on mid-range Android smartphones is useless, but their two cameras aren't the best either. To be honest, it's not good

Pure marketing stunt. If Nothing even dared to say "hey, other manufacturers are stealing from you by adding cheap sensors", they should price this Nothing phone no more than 300 dollars for the base variant. Not 450 dollars which is equal to a highway robbery.

Stock Android, 09 Jul 2022Too much hate, can't we for once be happy for something? This hate is a part of the hype. Like "any publicity is a good publicity" type of thing. And it clearly works. Just look at the comment sections of every article related to Nothing. Hundreds of comments regardless of what is being said. As long as it keeps people talking and Pei knows that. He's good at that stuff. These haters are helping spread the word about the company without realising and common people don't have time to read none of this bs but as long as the Nothing name keeps buzzing around it will sell. Same was and still is with other big brands.
