Camera is shit in front of Poco F4 5G which is similar priced device. Oppo Reno 8 Pro is top camera smartphone in my opinion.

Jio is not going to launch 5G on mmwave and n28(700Mhz). You will be getting 100Mhz on n78(3500Mhz), for next two years it will be sufficient, will be capable enough to give speeds of 1Gbps atleast, but Jio will cap speeds and will give decent enough speeds. Mmwave will be launched only at stadiums and big places like malls.
n78 100Mhz will make band 40 decongested and hence both 5G and 4G will coexist and will give enough speeds to each and everyone.
Airtel already giving 200Mbps on band 40 which is like 5G like experience.
Vi has been giving 100-200Mbps in their top priority circles and it's no slouch. It has hit maximum of 350Mbps on 1+3+8+40 combination. So it's 5G speeds only.
See for yourself which operator is good in your area and choose accordingly. Smartphone as well. Redmi Note/Realme Pro series is good for hardware, but lacks network capabilities which Motorola and OnePlus provides.

I completely forgot about 5H in India, i just work from home, so regular Airtel broadband is plenty fast for me.

Also plans have gotten very expensive for mobile now, and is set to get more and more expensive soon.
