If it had a headphone jack and expandable storage then I would be interested. But my A52s has it and does more for cheaper.

This is why phones with mediatek (even higher tier SoCs) have shorter support.
You are not going to see phone powered by mediatek to earn 3 or 4 versions of android.

My only concern is that the back side of the phone will show dust accumulated after a year or so or maybe before that.

I agree with the general consensus. Looking into the smartphone scene and community comments here and there the poll seems to reflect the opinions. Personally this is nothing (no pun intended) like the OnePlus One which I was honestly eagerly hoping it to be. The glyph might attract some buyers but I've never been interested in such gimmicky features. I like that the OS is clean and the SoC is good. I'm just not sold on the final touches and the camera. Carl Pei needs to emphasize on the quality and not the quantity. OnePlus has never been known for being good camera phones. The Nothing (1) also suffers from the same problem. This is neither a great phone nor a flagship killer. It has its unique features but nothing that I like. And for those reasons I'm out! But I hope that they can improve on it and I look forward to the Nothing (2).

Compared to most competitors phone is great.
There arent many midrangers with 4 OS updates and made f romr eal aluminium with such charging speeds and configuration for a upper midranger CPU.
And we cannot compare last year products or plastic S21 FE as better with nothing because they are already one update due and brand new they costed equal to nothing.

What I would like to know that doesn't seem to have been reported on yet... Is the phone affiliated with BBK. It's giving off pretty strong Oppo vibes in addition to the obvious intentional Apple vibes.
