Obviously, India has grown balls seeing how successfully America choked Huawei half to death. And obviously, Honor has foreseen this and is playing things smartly.

I don't know about all the BBK companies, but Honor has definitely done their homework. And I can definitely see India struggling to keep up with Honor and the other companies unless they outright ban them. No one gets hurt but India, and I guess Samsung will take over whatever shares Xiaomi and the BBKs had.

Where's the post about apple dodging tax for years, or buying out companies to take all their patents and tech to then completely destroy the company and workforce? Or setting up off shore accounts or using cheap Chinese labour and setting up warehouses and factories in India for these same reasons? Or Samsung's CEO trying to bribe government officials and have accounts in the city of London to do THE EXACT SAME THING! Guess that's ok and not news worthy. You just slander Chinese companies here all the time and barely say a word when the big 3 (Google, apple and Samsung) are doing the same thing and worse. Wondered why Chinese brands get bashed on here so much, fed up of the arse licking you do for the big 3.

let Indian buy Chinese products and entice China investment,,
while India Government will mold them.

just like CCP been doing to Foreign Investors since 2010s,, probably earlier than that

Every corporation hires Financial Specialists and Lawyers to safeguard its interests. Exploiting Tax Loopholes is nothing new and every major corporation has been accused, prosecuted and fined in one country or another for such an offence. Even new legislation might open other loopholes. The answer is to take a look at the real purpose of Taxation

I think that everyone know there is no way that Huawei and Honor could completely cut ties, but they just go with flow.
