Fingerprint scanners are a bad idea anyway. The idea of registering your prints and then trusting your phone to never give those prints away (or get hacked) is a disaster waiting to happen.

I knew Nothing would have a worthy rival.
                              🤣

The tiny Sony power button fingerprint readers do this too. You try very hard to pick it up and put it down without registered fingertips hitting the scanner but it unlocks anyways. It's common to feel it heating up in my pocket because it unlocked somehow.

Oops Google did it again. Lol.
When it comes to making smartphones, I give it to Google, they have a lot of optimism. Sadly, is about the only thing that they have.
They should just stop this and focus only on the software part.

The Pixel isn't really anything special. It's a shame that Google won't pay to use their own kernels for their phones they definitely have the money for it. It also seems as if the pixel 6a is being released a bit to early. I'd just buy Samsung, its better
