Good job Apple, give your customer a choice. Not just stick to aluminium body. There is nothing special with aluminium body it get scratchs easily. All apple iphone buyers don't appreciate iphone body. I see about 99% of them doesn't appreciate at all. You all know why, most of the iphone are either with plastic or leather casing, so what's the use of having aluminium body.
Real iphone user should not buy casing for the iphone. It should used as it is out from the box, now that is call iphone fan, they need to show it to the world that they are proud of the aluminium body, not hiding it.
The aluminium body makes the iphone very expensive and i'd like to see a 5inch phone. The current phone size is way too small. Don't worry about people commenting it a phablet, it's up to them to name them whether they want to call it a phablet or a phone. But one thing for sure, when I asked my friend where my 6in phone is, I don't ask them where is my phablet, it's always a phone.

If Apple dumb down the build quality, it won't sell. They have proven that by focusing on value for money with the MacBook Air that even if a product is twice the price as the competition, if it's faster, sleeker and longer lasting, it will still sell.
What Apple need do is replace the metal (that blocks wireless signals anyway) with a unibody polycarbonate or other tough non metal material and charge half the price of the iPhone 5. Same quality, but better value. To see an example of a phone manufactured like this that is half the price of the iPhone 5, check out the Motorola RAZRi in real life. It's a very nice phone. Fast, tough and clever. Even has a camera button! Oh, and it's waterproof too.
