Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to have a 200MP camera with a new sensor

Well i use the 3X camera more often I want to see better sensor in that department.

            If Samsung designs this sensor to come with a close to 1inch size and decently large pixels 0,7ump pixel binned to 3ump pixels and a F1,5 aperture paired with optimised software processing the S23 Ultra can improve alot upon the noisy images of the S22 Ultra. And please Samsung add sensor shift stabilization for those ghosting effects on the S22 Ultra.

              Sadly this is just pure marketing. Even their curren 108MP mode is useless and the photos actually looks worse than the normal binned 12MP shots.

              200MP will result in way worse photos and lots of noise, especially in low light. Also the already slow and laggy camera shutter speed will get a lot worse with a 200MP sensors with tiny lightgathering pixels..

              In other words; the photos that come out of the S23 Ultra will either be on par with the S22 Ultra or worse in quality.

Yo... moreyou haven't tried p50 pro if you think quantity beats quality, p50 pro has very good zoom photos from 3.5x to 10x on any zoom range unlike samsung which sucks between zoom ranges and look decent in low light too where samsung can't even use them because of those tiny sensors

                    Don't know why Samsung never followed up on the HMX sensor. In the photo compare tool here on the Xiaomi 11 the detail even beats out the top flaghips from Xiaomi in good light, at least for detail when the 27mp pics are scaled down to 12mp. Of course it suffers in lowlight though. It's a pity they didn't release an upgraded version of HMX with bigger sensor size, larger pixels and some of their improved focusing tech. I feel the high megapixel 108mp and 200mp sensors Samsung has released so far that are binned down to 12mp/12.5 mp aren't very useful as they still don't match the imx989 or GN2 in terms of sensor size or pixel size and still produce photos around 12mp so I don't get what the advantage is over the large 50mp sensors available

                                  They can add even 600 Mpix they have on their research table and they will not beat Xiaomi 12S Ultra no matter what.
                                  And i bet Xiaomi 13S ultra will also comes with a 200Mpix or something like that plus Leica branding.
                                  With an innitial price of 700 in certain regions on the planet like 12S it will sells far better than any other flagship made next year.
