You can just cloud game on your phone with a controller but here is what I like to do is stream games from my PC on my phone via the Moonlight app. It feels instantaneous with any USB-C controller. The streaming lag is < 8ms so it just feels like you are actually playing the game on the phone.

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2022yes people already have hands on with them on YouTube videosThat might be phones someday is all im saying. Backbone is cheaper, you get like 4 different trials including Stadia, Discord Nitro, Xbox Gamepass and Apple Arcade and its well worth the price at $100. and they just released a PlayStation Backbone. this is where mobile gaming is going as phones progress in both power and comfortability

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2022Everyone's hopping because of the Deck's successDeck is still for niche users. Better get a normal console or pc. No one's gonna stress their hands, especially wrists holding a dumbbell i.e. steam deck.

Sony said that they wanted to focus on their original PS rather than protables, and that really blooked.
                              PS4 and PS5 are legends.

Only a select few mobile games are capable of gamepad support. Genshin ANDROID still doesn't have one. Gamers too cheap to buy peripherals and/or 99% of mobile games are full auto.

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2022psp says hiThe PSP was crushingly defeated by the DS.

Recently I tried playing more demanding games with gamepad, few fps and few action games... It was worst experience in my life in terms of gaming.
Its just impossible to play dynamic games on gamepad so I have no idea what games you could play on such devices(including steam deck).
I somehow get idea of playing platform games or casual games, that why I get why Nintendo Switch is so popular as most of games on it are simple, and they milk franchise like Mario or Pokemon, but anything more demanding especially 3D.... Its useless, gamepad controls are far from precise and there is just too much aim assist glued to it.
