Google starts rolling out the Android 4.2.2 update

The update is currently rolling out to the GSM Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 7 and the Nexus 10.

              Im not getting update for my N7 even app says directly updated by Google.
              I got Wifi N7 32GB.

The Verizon one was never truly a nexus device, the LTE mean't carrier lock-in. Same reason why the nexus 4 didn't get LTE (officially)

                      It is very sad to see that we android users has to root our phone and risk damaging it anytime a new android update is release. The OTA update is not readily available in some locations. Can't android learn from ios and update similar way like ios where all you need is to touch the update button and you are good to go. ANDROID be CAREFUL there is big competition out there. You have to look into this issue , is very important. Thanks.

                          On THREE devices only? Fragment OS. It's just sad how majority of android users still need to "root" their phones and risk bricking just to get an update by installing unofficial and unsupported roms from online forums. Shame...

                              I've made the update on my nexus 7.. no changes in running, however I didn't have the opportunity to test the bluetooth..

                                      Vidafone Romania still has to roll out jb 4.2 for gnexus, the current version is 4.1.1. So probably in 6 months I'll receive the 4.2.2 update. :|
