OnePlus is dead as far as most are concerned.
I do feel they had a good dying run
the 7, 7t, 8t, the 9rt, the main three nords (og, 2, and ce)... it was nice, honestly. and all are still quite serviceable phones in their own regards

OnePlus is a flop brand now. Idk who takes all the decisions in there. They clearly aren't capable of running the company

It would have been great phone if it had better ultra wide camera at least. Something like Zenfone 9 but for users who wants big screen.

Looks way too generic with all plastic build and absence of an alert slider. Not that it's some very useful but the lack of it takes away the premium look from a flagship. Also the frame is plastic. Totally hard pass on terrible build quality

And even if it does, its just the useless 2x one, which isn't much better than simply cropping from a good sensor!

Software too is no ... moreBut Oppo phones are not available globally. At least not their mid-range and flagship models. In many countries from Europe you will find OnePlus phones, but not Oppo phones.
For me, I don't mind if OnePlus software will look like Oppo software. I mean, I am not a OnePlus fan, so I don't know how they were at the beginning. Important is that they will not have too many bugs and that they will deliver software updates on time. Which lately, sadly they didn't (with OnePlus Nord 2 or with OnePlus 9 series).
If in the future they will improve or correct this minuses, this OnePlus 10T doesn't look entirely bad. At least for a 700EUR phone with SD8+ gen 1.

Oneplus copying Oppo to stay afloat. ColourOS is actually pretty good, on a find X5 and such a better os than what the pixel is using (traded pixel 6 pro for my X5). I've heard oxygenOS used to be good but if its essentially ColourOS then I see no issues with it adapting to it.

T... moreAt 700EUR, what other smartphones? In my country the only SD 8+ gen 1 phones available are the Asus Rog 6 (which I don't like because is a gaming phone; also cost 1050EUR base variant) and Asus Zenfone 9 (which I don't like because is too small; also it cost 820EUR base variant).
If anything, the chipset is a plus, in my opinion.
I think OnePlus slapped the SD 8+ gen 1 and then started cutting cost from other parts.

ill be honest.. who is it really for? oxygenos looking like colour os, the really poor camera setup and quality, the high price tag for something outta xiaomi's doors, sure the charging is great, but we had something like this before.
aside from the very obvious alert slider removed, its just pretty much the downfall of oneplus as a company
