As this creates more e-waste and junk if companies don't manage to sell them again. People changing their phones very frequently is bad for the planet.

You do not need a micro SD and if for some reason you do, there are always the Samsung Galaxy A series for people like you which DO have micro sd slot AND headphone slot. There are also Sony phones which also have headphone slot and micro sd. Stop whining that top tier luxury phones cater to the luxury of having wireless headphones and built-in storage.

I think they raised the prices again to make it seem like fold 3 owners are getting a good trade in price. I thought them leaving it at $1600 was a good price point for entry for people to get an affordable folding phone but its back to the premium price again. Fold 1 was $2000, fold 2 $1800, fold 3 $1600. So why go back up? Either those cpu chips with covid problems or is it the ukraine war with russia thats holding back the economy? I wont be upgrading til it goes back down. And also $2200 for the 1TB option? Stop copying apple and give us micro sd card storage already.. stupid samsung

You can go on those trade sites and find someone willing to trade a s21 for your s22 and do it that way if you really want to. Thats why people keep their old phones usually.

Prices have to come down quite a bit and technology must evolve. Selfie cam quality is horrible, the crease is prominent when you use the pen specially, battery capacity should be much higher etc
But...it'll sell, it'll be a status device, a small niche, being that expensive only few people will buy to be different from others.

1800€ for z fold4? i can buy two flagship phones from last year and connect them with a folding hinge, that is going to be better value for money: double cpu performance, double battery capacity, extremely higher screen resolution, double camera with each being better than the one on this foldable.

I got the S22U and I say finally they improved the Battery Life on the Flip 4. The One reason why I didn't chosen the Flip 3. Sadly I got the S22U on a contract so I pay for the phone monthly since April. So if nothing happen on my Phone, my Next phone would be maybe a Fold/Flip phone. I still hope the Fold gets Atleast 5000MaH Battery and the flip atleast 4000 to 4000+ MaH.
