            Anonymous, 17 Aug 2022Not until xiaomi-sony contract expires. As far as I know, all manufacturers are allowed to use it as long as they're okay with paying both Xiaomi and Sony for it. Ultimately, Sharp made the debut of IMX989 with Aquos R7. The next brand using it apart from Xiaomi and Sharp will be Oppo according to rumours. But I hope vivo and Honor give it a chance too.
