Motorola confirms initial batch of phones to get Android 13 update

Android 13 was released Dec 2022
It's now November 29th 2023,still no sign of of this update on my Moto G32
I contacted Moto support and they gave the usual, very sorry, et.etc. but we don't know the actual date,we just know that the G32 was tabled to get OS13
Any ideas?

Lenovo is liars. They said in forums that the Moto G Stylus 2022 256gb and 8gb ram does not get the Android 13. All over the internet it is said that they promised Android 13, and Lenovo staff says NO. Stupid to say yes, then months way after Samsung Galaxy A53 got it in December last year. I am getting away from Moto products and staying away. I will take a OnePlus Nord N30 5G when released over any Moto phone that does not even get one major update. OnePlus is not as slow as Lenovo either. I bet that new phone gets released before this phone gets Android 13, if it does.

They must be way the hell behind. I got the moto g stylus 2022 256gb 8gb ram, and still on android 12. This is a $500 phone but got on sale, and still on original OS version. WTH?

Since motorola update my phone will not work right. Lags, cant make purchases, phone goes crazy. I have had nothing but problems since I got a motorola phone.
